Join Dorothy as she embarks on a magical voyage from dreary Kansas to the land of Oz…

Along the way she makes friends with an assortment of colourful characters and does battle with the Wicked Witch of the West and her Winged Monkey, Keith!

In this 60 minute adaptation that we have written especially for a Primary School age range we take the audience on a high energy journey to meet the mysterious Wizard at the Emerald City. Will he grant the wishes of Dorothy, Scarecrow, Lion and Tin Man? Trying to stop them is the Wicked Witch of the West and her winged monkey, Keith. All she wants Keith to do is fly but all Keith wants to do is dance! 3 actors, lots of costume changes and some very silly antics make this production one to remember. Perfect for Book Week, Literacy and as a treat for everyone in school from Reception to Year 6.

Here’s some of what teachers have said about us:

“Thank you very much for coming to perform to us. We loved the energy and enthusiasm of your actors – the beautiful, colourful scenery added to the show and the children and staff were thoroughly entertained. We look forward to next year’s performance of “The Snow Queen” – already in the diary! Many thanks indeed.” Emma Unwin, Cranleigh Prep School

“The pantomime was fantastic! The content was pitched perfectly for the children, they were so engaged with the production. The acting was really good and the set, props and costuming met the needs of the production. We were really impressed. Thank you!” Kirstie Brown, Birchington CE Primary

“The play was pitched perfectly for the audience and was really entertaining and, to quote our Head Boy, “hilarious”! The pupils were captivated throughout the whole performance, the strength of which was the acting and imaginative use of costume, props and set. We would give it 5/5 and recommend this production.” J Gent, Reddiford School
